Production of my Front Cover

Once I'd taken my images for my cover and decided on a final one, I then added this as the background. However, once I'd added this image and framed it in the right place I found that the numbers on the lockers disrupted and took your eyes away from the title.

To overcome this issue, I decided to blur out the background. I did this by duplicating the image layer, and blurring the whole image. As this blurred layer was on the top, I was then able to rub out the person on my front cover which then allowed her to stay in focus while the background wasn't.
